FAQ

Common questions

Is burnout a reason to see a psychiatrist?

Yes. You don't need to wait until things fall apart. Getting help early can stop burnout from turning into depression or anxiety, and help you recover sooner.

Will my employer find out?

No. Your visit and what you share stay between you and the clinic. We do not share your information without your consent, except where the law requires it or where someone's safety is at serious risk.

Do I need medication for stress?

Usually not. Many people recover with practical changes and therapy. If depression, anxiety or insomnia are also present, Dr. Wong will explain the treatment options, and you decide together.
