FAQ

Common questions

Will I have to take medication?

Not necessarily. Some people do well with therapy and lifestyle changes alone, while others benefit from medication or a mix of both. Dr. Wong will explain the options, and you decide together.

Are antidepressants addictive?

Antidepressants are not addictive in the way many people fear. Stopping them suddenly can cause unpleasant effects, so they should be reduced slowly with your doctor's guidance.

Is what I say kept confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between you and the clinic. We do not share your information without your consent, except where the law requires it or where someone's safety is at serious risk.
