FAQ

Common questions

Do I need medication as well?

Not necessarily. Some people do well with therapy alone, while others benefit from both. Dr. Wong will explain the options, and you decide together.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem and the type of therapy. Many courses of therapy last somewhere between 6 and 20 sessions. Dr. Wong will discuss this with you.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. What you share stays between you and the clinic. We do not share your information without your consent, except where the law requires it or where someone's safety is at serious risk.
